Ferman ketubah. I had seen these fermans - these Ottoman royal decrees, and loved the format and decided  to tdesign a ketubah based on them. The heading, usually  the individual "seal" of each Sultan, here  is replaced with the traditional opening to the ketubah - in this case "b'shlishi b'shabaat
